Hmmm.. just a short update today...

yesterday i had my first competitive match of my badminton.. well.. basically it was quite a long wait for me as the reporting was 5pm.. well.. the matches before me.. the competition was quite firece.. most of the scores was quite close.. and the players were far better than me..

soon.. my match was announced.. i headed over to the court and warm up a little with the opponent before the match starts.. at that moment.. i thought i have a certain advantage over him.. well as the match progress.. mistakes i made cost me.. the umpire was pretty noob.. the linesmen was worse.. one of them was looking at the playing of another match and totally ignored my match... another one made errors in the judgement or line calls.. crap man..

oh well.. in the end i lost the match.. 21 - 13.. but well.. its my first match and i gain some exprience.. there will be more to come and i certainly hope to win.. in the mean time.. i have to improve the various aspects of my technique and stuff.. yup..

after the game.. headed over to bishan to eat with Chunji's family.. haha.. he accompanied me to my match.. yup.. ate at Cafe Cartel followed by Hagden Daz.. a tired night for me..
