This Day In Clement's History: Tiger Balm the way to go

a few days ago.. i did some exercise and my whole body ached real bad.. and aching usually gets over in 1-2 days.. but the 'ache' on my right arm lasted longer than that.. so i suspected i had a muscle strain instead..

i went home and stick a Salonpas medical plaster .. for a whole 8 hours and nothing improved.. probably mine was too old but definitely not passed the expiry date.. the plaster didn't even stick in the first place..

so the next day.. i went to buy the Tiger Balm Plaster instead.. it works wonders i must admit.. i stick it for the same no of hours and i dont feel the ache anymore.. Tiger Balm for me in the future..

anyway.. watch this.. this ball picker got some real balls!
