POP was on wednesday.. but for 90% os yankee people.. the "offical" POP was on friday instead.. haha.. because after wednesday.. we gotta book in on thursday night and throw explosive eggs on friday..

the ceremony started around mid afternoon with a slight drizzle.. but stopped halfway.. everything was pretty fucked.. haha.. according to the audience..

marching was crap.. someone dropped the hand guard (a detachable part of the rifle).. another forgot to put down his hand when everyone has done so what made it worse is that his standing right in front of the audience.. etc.. etc..

My parents attended my parade

my mum wore yellow because she was afraid that i could not spot her.. which should be the other way round.. haha..

left around dinner time and i was so shag that i fell asleep after eating dinner.. the next day was the most boring.. i had to pull myself to pack my field pack in ready for book in..

POP again on friday.. for real this time.. haha.. felt much better compared when leaving with my parents on wednesday..

I would say my BMT exprience has been a enjoyable one.. because of my bunk mates and the commanders.. trainings were tough at times.. but its was all up in the mind to whether give up or carry on.. i chose the latter.. a sense of achievement when it ended..

the camps were nothing like i had in the past.. you literally will smell like mud and crap.. haha.. and i didnt know powder works wonders..
