Got my fist ever GOLD for IPPT this morning.. i final relieve for me.. haha.. well.. our wing had the gold standard be the minimal for all of us.. majority only lacks like 1 station before hitting the standard.. i finally got mine after 4 tests.. the hard part now is to sustain it..

anyway.. lots of things happened this week.. but unfortunately.. it cant be shared only.. but what i can say is..

everytime you are assigned to take charge of something that involves i significant quantity.. make sure you get the figures correct.. count as many times or as long as you like.. be sure of the amount.. if someone hurries you.. fuck care him/her..

because if you get the figures wrong.. at the end of the day.. it is not him/her that get screwed in the ass.. but its you and you and not noe else but YOU!!!

this week seems to be pretty long mentally.. i actually began to doubt my abiliry beng an officer.. being an officer and leading the man is the easy part.. but its the planning and paperwork that needs to be done that is the killer.. its the tedious and worrying part..

In OCS.. there is no weekends.. 1 week consist of 7 weekdays.. you home will be a chalet for the next 9 months then moment you step inside... everyone who isn't inside hopes to get in one day.. those who are inside doesn't cherish their chance..
