Tekong Field Camp was a real killer... My endurance limit was to the maximum during the navigation which started from 1pm to 6am the next day.. by the 3rd or 4t checkpoint.. thoughts of giving up actually came up to my mind.. but im glad that i didnt did that..

after completion.. we walked for about 35km in total which is the longest i have walked so far too.. haha... the after effects were not blisters or what not but half my right arm is still numb even after 3 days which is kinda bad.. affects my training.. oh well..

we had a long weekend this week and spent my time relaxing at home catching up with the movies and various shows.. totally enjoyable.. ha..
